Eminentpoly covered a wide range of products and therefore as it did for the materials. Herewith we listed few of them for customer's guidance. Taiwan is one of developed country for its chemical industries for the production of thermoplastic materials. Almost the material is able to get with one day delivery.

TPU for extrusion
Polyurethane included thermo polyurethane(TPU) and casting polyurethane (CPU) in shape. The former is what we used. There two types also, i.e.

Ester-based and ether-based.

Polyurethane has good physical property for resistance of abrasion, tear, water solution, bacterial, cold weather, flame, oil and crack. In extrusion, they are used to make tubings, cord, and profiles for hardness 85A , 90A , 95A and 98A ......

Difference between ester-based & ether-based PU
Polyester series exhibits excellent high heat and chemical resistance, it is widely used for air tools, pneumatic and hydraulic system machine, vacuum equipments, oil & fuel lines and automobile industry. While, polyether series provides remarkable low temperature flexibility, hydrolysis resistance and anti-fungus, it is good for water applications, such as garden hose, drinking hose and cleaning hose. Special grade is also available for medical and laboratory applications.
